Lenico Returns & Refund Policy

At lenico, we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Tags and original packaging must still be attached where applicable
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Any items damaged through misuse or normal wear

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • defective
  • damaged
  • incorrect

If you need an exchange, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item and packaging
